Carpets are cleaned using a state of the art cleaning process.
Firstly, the cleaning product is applied which is agitated into the fibers using a rotary brush machine. This first process lifts the pile, dislodging ground-in soil, dust and fibers.


The second stage utilises a powerful commercial hot water steam cleaning system. This cleans the carpet thoroughly using high pressure hot water, extracting soil and grit which is then removed by a high velocity vacuum system into the machine.

The results are far superior to conventional methods and is safe for all carpet types including wool and wool mixes.


What About Marks and Stains?
Most types of marks and stains are removed during cleaning.
Tar, food and drink spills, oil and greasy marks can usually be removed with specialist treatments. Some types of stains however such as tea, coffee, pet stains and food dyes may be fixed or have changed the colour of the fiber and could be permanent.

Did You Know?
Carpets in daily use should be cleaned between every 6 months to 2 years depending on the level of traffic. This will not only maintain a healthy environment but keep them looking great!

Drying time
Carpets are left only damp and are ready to walk on with clean shoes or slippers. Depending on the type of carpet, drying can take between a few hours to overnight to be touch dry.

Using the same method as above and utilising specially designed upholstery tools and specialist cleaning products.
Again the results are excellent!
